Fees:

$250.00 per hour for individual and vocational rehabilitation consultations
$350.00 per hour for staff development and training
A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all services. Final payment is due before the release of written reports and before service delivery for consultations, field visits and VTC. There will be extra charges for hotel and travel costs for field visits and services more than 25 miles.

Scheduling and cancellation policy:

There will be a 15% charge for all cancellations made less than 48 hours of appointment.
